Exchange & Return Policy

We follow standard sizing to make choosing the right fit easy. Still, if the size you receive isn't quite right, you can exchange your pair for a different size.

Please write to us at hazelthreadindia@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery date. The concerned team will share the process for exchange with you over the email.
You can ship the pair back to our postal address within 15 days of delivery date (charges to be borne by the customer).

.After receiving the product it will go through the QC process.

 

The Pairs can be exchanged for another size of the same style only. In case your desired size is unavailable with us, you could then exchange it for another style.
The difference for the higher product amount will be paid by the customer and the difference with the lower product amount will be credited in the form of store credit

 

It takes 2-3 working days for the process after receiving the product to dispatch the new product or initiate store credit once it passes the process.

 

Exchange is allowed only once for an order.

 

For returns, the amount will be refunded in form of store credit with validity of 1 year.
Note: The store credit coupon code can't be applied with any other discount coupon code or deal.

 

Pairs bought on SALE/Discounted Price  will not be exchanged or returned.

 

Delivery failed for prepaid orders due to unavailability, wrong address/contact details are not eligible for the refund. The store credit will be initiated after deducting the logistic charges.

 

For International Customers : We do not exchange or return because of the logistical issues.
